1.  A free subscription gives you full access to the Learner’s Guides of all the teaching modules.  Each Learner’s Guide includes sample cases, questions for discussion, and references to the most relevant original studies and review articles.  It also includes links to the abstracts and/or full text to these articles, as well as links to online teaching resources and practice guidelines.

2.  In addition to the Learner’s Guides, with its cases, questions, references and links, a paid subscription gives you full access to all of the Teacher’s Guides.  Each Teacher’s Guide offers answers to the questions, summaries of original articles and suggestions for further discussion.  All of the articles are critically analyzed using the principles of evidence-based medicine, and each topic is reviewed and updated at least once a year.
